Services: Preventative Maintenence

Preventive maintenance is a schedule of planned maintenance actions aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. The primary goal of preventive maintenance is to prevent the failure of equipment/finishes before it actually occurs. It is designed to preserve and enhance equipment/buildings reliability by replacing worn components before they actually fail.

At WHP we can provide the Client with a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule based typically on a 5 or 10 year financial plan. Thus, enabling the Client to forecast future costs and budget accordingly.

In the majority of cases the Client’s have utilised WHP’s contract experience to undertake the Scheduled Works allowing the Client to focus on their key objectives.
