WHP Role

WHP were instructed to undertake a full measured survey of the property to enable a full schedule of works and drawings to be compiled for feasibility and tender. The property, currently a small community gymnasium and sports hall is to be installed with a mezzanine to increase the size of the current facilities. WHP were also instructed to take this project through Planning and Building Control and to provide the Health & Safety Coordinator role. The Structural Engineering role is being undertaken Dunster Consulting whilst the M&E provision is by Paul Moy Associates. The project will be completed in April 2010.
