WHP were instructed to undertake a full measured survey of the property to enable a full schedule of works and drawings to be compiled for tender. The property, currently an office on ground and first floor is to be converted to Retail and Residential use. WHP were also instructed to take this project through Planning and Building Control and to provide the Health & Safety Coordinator role. The project will be completed in April 2009.
