WHP Role

WHP were instructed to undertake a full measured survey of the site to enable a full schedule of works and drawings to be compiled for feasibility and tender. The site, currently a small plot of land is to be developed in to two residential bungalows. WHP were also instructed to design the properties and take this project through Planning and Building Control and to provide the Health & Safety Coordinator role. WHP will also advise on any Party Wall Issues where applicable. The Structural Engineering role is being undertaken Dunster Consulting whilst the M&E provision is by Paul Moy Associates. The project will be completed in April 2010.
